June 8th: Navigating the Transition Zone – 4th Shots & More!
We’ve hit a good 3rd shot! Now what? We move from the baseline into the transition zone and if we are really good…. to the start of the reaction zone! Let’s explore how we navigate the quality of our 3rd shots as our opponents rain down 4th shot attacks on us and how we move with control through the transition zone to either win the point or neutralize our opponents control of the non volley zone.
5:30-7:00 PM for player levels 3.0-3.74 (doubles level)
7:00-8:30 PM for player levels 3.75 and above (doubles level)
Space is limited to 16 players per session
Drilling held on Belknap courts 7-10
Cost is $16 per member and $22 per non-member
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable, including for weather-related cancellations. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to find a substitute player. In the event of inclement weather, a discount toward future indoor court time may be offered at management’s discretion.
