Belknap Court Request

• Belknap Court reservations are reviewed individually. Early submissions are encouraged and preferred, though not handled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Submit your request at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. The GRPC Board will make every effort to respond within three business days.
• Only single‑date, stand‑alone events will be approved. Recurring or multi‑date requests must be submitted separately for individual consideration.
• Please limit requests to non‑prime hours (noon to 5 p.m.).
• No more than 10 courts may be reserved at the same time.
• Once your request is approved by the GRPC Board, payment is required to finalize your reservation.
    For 1–6 courts: $150 non‑refundable fee + $100 refundable cleaning deposit
    For 7–10 courts: $300 non‑refundable fee + $100 refundable cleaning deposit
    The reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
• Organizers are responsible for leaving Belknap Park in the same or better condition. That includes no damage to courts or equipment and complete cleanup. The $100 cleaning deposit is refundable after a GRPC inspection and must be requested by the organizer following the event.
• For any revenue‑generating event, a significant donation to the GRPC Belknap Enhancement Fund is required, scaled to the size of the event. These contributions help ensure Belknap remains a championship‑level facility for our community.
• The GRPC calendar takes precedence over all external requests.
• Only current GRPC members may submit court requests.
