40 players maximum - first-come first-served basis
Franklin X-40 balls will be provided
Courts will be assigned based on skill level (self-rating/DUPR reported)
Regarding no-shows and substitutions:
- Let the organizer know at least 48 in advance if you need to miss a session, so that we can find a sub for you if needed
- If you do not notify us and have a no-show, it will impact your standings negatively
- If you have a sub playing for you, then there will be no impact (you will stay in the same court for next Sunday)
- If you have a sub, please confirm your sub with organizers beforehand - your sub should match your gender and skill bracket
